About me
Teresa Van Oorschot
Coach specialised in executive coaching.
With more than 10 years and 3,000 hours of experience in business schools, public organisations such as the European Union and the United Nations, and companies from various sectors, as well as executives at an individual level.

Work experience
Teresa started her career as a consultant for organisation and management systems in 1993, which she did for a decade. In 2003 she joined Grupo Damm as system and process manager and became member of the Corporate Committee.
She has been working as a coach for more than 10 years collaborating with business schools and official public organizations, as well as companies and executives at an individual level.
She funded WinWhatIsNext, a project whose aim is to bring support to professionals who seek to develop, improve their performance and career, and their quality of life. It also aims to help companies who believe that talent is the active role that develops them.
Sectors of experience
As a coach, Teresa has developed her career in multinational companies from different sectors such as pharmaceutical, financial, automotive, healthcare, and construction industry. She has also worked with SMEs related to technology and innovation, including engineering, biomedicine, AI, or animal health, amongst others; and various public institutions in the UN, EU, and Spanish public bodies.
She actively collaborates with Executive coaching processes at IESE Business School, as well as Business Coaching projects at the EU as part of the Horizon Europe program.

Teresa has been active as a business innovation coach for the SME Instrument / EIC programs of the European Commission since 2015. Since that start she has been supporting more than 30 start-ups with the development of their business strategies and organisations.
Teresa’s approach and impact are very well appreciated by all clients and by the European Commission.
She will continue to be involved with the business coaching for the European Innovation Council in the Horizon Europe program.
