The coach\u2019s work is not to replace the client\u2019s voice, decide for them or lead them toward a previously defined answer. Their role is to hold a demanding and respectful space for reflection, where the person can observe their situation more broadly and recognize what they need to do with it. <\/p>

This approach requires presence, listening and the ability to intervene without invading. It also requires trusting that the strongest answer is not the one that comes from outside, but the one the person can build when they think with freedom, depth and responsibility. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

This approach starts from a central conviction: when a person actively participates in understanding their challenge and building their own answers, the result is more consistent, more honest and more applicable to their reality.<\/p>
