Who I work with
I work with organizations, teams and executive professionals who need to pause, better understand what is happening and decide how they want to approach it.
If you believe in the power of change, I will support you in achieving it.
Organizations, teams and executive professionals
Extensive experience in coaching for business schools, companies, international organizations and high-demand executive environments allows me to work with very different professional realities without applying a single perspective.
Because supporting an organization, a team or an executive professional is not the same. Each context requires a way of listening, a way of intervening and a precise understanding of what is at stake.
Corporations
For organizations going through moments of complexity, growth, change or misalignment, and that need to pause to look at how they are really functioning.
Often, the challenge is not only defining a strategy, but ensuring that key people understand it, share it and are able to put it into practice coherently. When priorities become scattered, important conversations are postponed or decisions do not fully materialise, coaching makes it possible to open a space to bring order, contrast perspectives and move forward with greater alignment.
Teams
For teams that need to improve the way they work, revisit pending conversations or review dynamics that are affecting coordination, trust or decision-making.
In many teams, there is no lack of talent or commitment, but rather a lack of a space to honestly look at what is happening: unresolved tensions, unclear responsibilities, unproductive meetings or differences that make joint action difficult.
Coaching helps to make these dynamics visible and to build a more conscious and effective way of collaborating.
Executive professionals
For professionals and executives who are facing a relevant decision, a change of stage, a new responsibility or a moment of doubt about their role, their trajectory or their way of leading.
Sometimes the difficulty is not a lack of capability, but the need to pause, organise priorities and look at the situation from a different perspective. Coaching offers a confidential space to review what is at stake, explore options and build a response of your own, aligned with the responsibility you hold and the professional moment you are experiencing.
Each situation may require a different approach
Identifying the starting point helps to better choose how to work. An organization, a team or an executive professional may need different spaces, but in all cases the objective is to address the situation with rigour, depth and practical sense.
From there, it is possible to assess which type of coaching or support best fits the moment, the need and the context.
Does this resonate with your situation?
We can explore together what is happening, what needs attention and what may be the best way to begin.
