Mentoring
Mentoring is a support process based on experience and sound judgement, helping you address professional situations with greater clarity, perspective and confidence in decision-making.
Support Designed to Develop People’s Potential
Mentoring offers a space for shared reflection in which the mentor’s experience helps analyze situations, contrast approaches and explore alternatives from a practical and realistic perspective.
Throughout the process, options are identified, scenarios are anticipated and next steps are defined with greater clarity, especially in moments of change, decision-making or professional development.
What Mentoring Brings
Mentoring brings an external, experienced perspective that helps organize ideas, contrast decisions and move forward with greater confidence in complex contexts.
Through dialogue, situations are clarified, risks and opportunities are identified, and decisions are made with greater perspective, avoiding blocks or the feeling of going around in circles.
When Mentoring Can Help You
Mentoring is especially useful when you need to make decisions and move forward, with a space for contrast that helps you explore options, question approaches and broaden your perspective.
Important Decisions
When you need to analyze different options and view them from different angles before making a decision.
New Responsibilities
When you face situations you have not experienced before and need to explore how to approach them.
Defining Next Steps
When you are considering where to move next and want to explore alternatives in greater depth.
Complex Situations
When there is no single obvious answer and you need to open up possibilities before making a decision.
Teresa was the mentor of my team as part of the Safran University Executive Program in 2020–2021. As part of the program, we worked on a project to improve the Safran Employee Experience at the request of Safran’s senior management. Teresa brings an incomparable wealth of knowledge and experience across many different fields. She was essential in guiding us without directing us. She was always available to contribute ideas and documents and to attend our many remote meetings. She helped us by ensuring that we explored different paths and considered other possibilities, without ever imposing her own point of view or trying to influence our decision. Throughout our project, she truly demonstrated her interest and passion for guiding people and helping them grow for their own personal and professional benefit.
